By using GetBookd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. GetBookd is operated by Marco Butterfield, an individual based in the United States.
GetBookd provides an AI-powered missed call recovery and SMS booking system for home service businesses. The service uses call forwarding, automated SMS messaging, and AI to respond to missed calls and book appointments on your behalf.
GetBookd charges a one-time setup fee of $299 and a monthly subscription fee of $99. The setup fee is charged upon signup and is non-refundable once setup has begun. The monthly fee is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice — no further charges will be made after cancellation.
You are responsible for ensuring your call forwarding is correctly configured and maintained. You must notify GetBookd immediately if you change your phone, carrier, or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate blocked numbers list. You must ensure you have the legal right to send automated SMS messages to your customers in your jurisdiction.
You may not use GetBookd for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate any person or business, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. GetBookd is not liable for any missed calls or lost business resulting from service interruptions, third-party outages (including Twilio or OpenAI), or misconfigured call forwarding.
GetBookd's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent month of service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that causes harm to others. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@getbookd.info.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify customers of significant changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state of Massachusetts.
